Create, colour and make a real lampshade together. This complete DIY kit includes pre-cut 100% cotton colour-in fabric, the lampshade structure, adhesive panel, finishing materials and specialist tools—everything needed to create a unique drum lampshade for a child’s bedroom, nursery or playroom.

Children can personalise the black-and-white fabric with suitable fabric pens, then assemble the lampshade with help from an adult. The finished shade becomes both a useful piece of home décor and a lasting reminder of their creativity.

Instructions

Illustrated instructions are available in Italian, French and English.

The guide explains how to colour the fabric, attach it to the panel, position the rings, close the seam and finish the fabric around the rings.

Making time

The lampshade takes approximately two hours to complete.

Fitting compatibility

The finished lampshade is compatible with E27 lamp holders. An E14 reducer ring is included.
