Colouring instructions

For best results, use suitable water-based textile markers following the marker manufacturer’s instructions.

Colour gently without pressing excessively on the lampshade surface. Adult supervision is recommended, particularly for younger children.

The lampshade must always be removed from the lamp and kept away from electrical components while it is being coloured. Allow the decorated surface to dry completely before placing the shade back on the lamp.

Test the selected marker on a small, discreet area first, as colour intensity and absorption may vary between products.

Each lampshade is made individually by hand. The position of the moons, stars and clouds may vary according to the selected shape and size. The child’s choice of colours makes every finished lampshade entirely unique.

Care

Designed for indoor use. Once decorated, remove dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or a clean upholstery brush.

Do not wash, soak or clean with liquid or abrasive products, as these may affect the child’s colouring.

Fittings

Suitable for UK and European lamp holders, including:

• E27 fittings
• E14 fittings with the appropriate reducer ring

This lampshade is not compatible with standard US or Canadian harp-and-spider fittings unless a suitable fitting is specifically requested.

Dry dusting only. Use a soft cloth, a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner on low suction. Do not use water, detergents or immerse the lampshade.
