Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can vary between screens. Handmade items can show small variations that reflect individual production. Vintage items can show age-related wear, patina and minor irregularities described in the listing.

Measurements and compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking dimensions and compatibility before ordering, particularly lampshade fittings, lamp bases and bespoke specifications. Ask for guidance before purchase if uncertain.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is authorised and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Electrical products

Vintage lamps should be used with bulbs and electrical systems appropriate to the destination country. Where necessary, inspection or adaptation by a qualified electrician is the customer’s responsibility.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms should be read together with the Shipping & Returns page and Privacy Policy.
