Care Guide
Lampshades
Remove surface dust gently with a clean, dry, soft brush or a vacuum cleaner on its lowest setting using a brush attachment. Do not saturate the fabric or use household cleaning sprays. Keep shades away from open flames and use only bulbs compatible with the lamp fitting and the stated maximum wattage.
Embroidered linen towels
The linen is pre-washed and may be washed at up to 60°C. Wash with similar colours using a mild detergent. Avoid optical brighteners and chlorine bleach. Reshape while damp and iron on the reverse if required.
Cushions
Remove the inner cushion before cleaning. Follow the care information supplied with the individual product, as requirements vary with microfibre, wool, silk damask and embroidered finishes. Hand washing or professional cleaning may be appropriate for mixed-material designs.
Vintage lamps
Disconnect the lamp before cleaning. Dust glass, ceramic, metal and stone surfaces gently and avoid abrasive products. Vintage electrical components should be inspected and maintained by a qualified electrician appropriate to the country of use.
